The following sections show, in no particular order, the changes made in each version of M.Ind compared to the previous one.
β v0.1.0
Changed the table view containing the selected units to an outline view, so that options can be grouped underneath the unit instead of appearing in a column in the table.
Added the ability to add and remove options for a unit without having to delete the entire unit and re-add it with the new options.
Added an icon column to the outline view of selected units to indicate if a unit conforms to the rules (none = legal, = below standard strength, = maximum numbers exceeded).
Removed the ability to directly set the number of special weapons in a unit; instead, special weapons are chosen as options, just like officers and specialists.
Renamed the Add Unit and Remove Unit buttons to simply Add and Remove, since they also work on options.
Moved the Remove button to the right of the window to avoid accidental clicks.
Added the option to play a standard system sound when a unit is not legal or the A.P. limit is exceeded.
Made the unit background window functional.
Added a Preferences window (though it doesn't save preferences between sessions yet).
Added the ability to export the company to plain text (either Unix- or Windows-compatible) or HTML (four flavors: “basic” HTML ≤3, HTML 3.2, HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.0).
